Supervision and Trainings

Supervision and Consultation

I have been supervising pre-doctoral and post-doctoral fellows since 2008. I think of supervision as a team effort. The therapist in the room is the expert of their patients and I approach the discussion from that perspective. I offer guidance and a new perspective as well as the discussion of countertransference/transference dynamics occurring in the room. Supervision is how we as licensed clinicians give back to the development of our field. I truly believe it is our duty to educate others through our learned wisdom and experience. I am more than happy to offer consultation services for licensed professionals as well.

Trainings and Presentations

Throughout my career, I have provided numerous trainings both in the college/university settings as well as other professional settings. I have spoken about healthy relationships, student-advisor relationships, imposter syndrome, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, sleep issues, making connections, eating disorders, parenting, attachment, social anxiety, positive psychology, and many more. I enjoy presenting and would be more than happy to present on a specific topic tailored to the audience. Please contact me for further information.
